OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS FLEXIBLE
You can rest assured with our flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel at least one week before the check-in date, you’ll receive a full refund of the amount paid as a deposit or balance. For July and August, this notice period extends to 30 days. To secure a refund during these months, cancellation must occur with a one-month notice. This is due to the nature of vacation planning in Italy, where guests typically plan well in advance during these peak months. Last-minute replacements are often challenging to secure.
If you opt to postpone your stay within the specified timeframes, you’ll receive a 10% discount bonus on your future vacation if you choose not to request a refund of the paid deposit. The voucher will remain valid for up to 24 months from its issuance.
Our cancellation clauses extend beyond what is conventionally termed “force majeure” (such as the inability to reach the island due to flight or ferry suspensions or travel bans imposed by authorities). They encompass any situation in which, for any reason, even personal, you decide to forgo your vacation, without the need for detailed explanations.
